When Humminbird came out with their side imaging sonar, the fishing community looked at Lowrance to see when their side imaging would be available. After a few years of waiting, the day is near. On November 23rd, Lowrance will release their StructureScan add on for the HDS fish finder. The item number will be LSS-1.
eBuyersWorld.com is taking pre orders for this new and exciting unit. If you already purchased an HDS fish finder, then all you need is the module and transducer for the Structure Scan LSS-1.

I'm curious to know how well the Structure Scan feature works. Sometimes, certain structures can disrupt the fish-finding features of various sonar devices.

My husband has this for a while and he thought it was one of the best fish finders he's had. His has stopped working, and he bought a new one from the same company and he loves it just as much!
